
Vampires are a blight upon the realm! Vampires can hide their true name,send vermin to plague another,or beguile their foes to attack,disband troops,or drop an artifact! Class Difficulty: Hard.
General info[]
They are only available in the game if the Age of Darkness mode is active,a Fighter can become a new master vampire if there is no vampires in the game but there is some chance of death.(check Fighter for more details)
The first player or NPC that becomes a vampire will become The Master Vampire and he/she can create vampire minions(check abilities below for more info).The Master will instantly get some NPC minions(they are level 1 and there are 1 of them when the the master has turned at level 3,2 of them when he is turned at level 4 and 3 of them when he is turned at level 5 or higher).The minions can also create new minions.
As soon as someone becomes a master vampire an alliance is automatically created which is specific to vampires(the master and nine minions at Max,this means that the maximum amount of vampires int he game at a time is 10)
Vampires are not honour bound.

Vampires have 4 base attacks and this number is increased by one every two levels.
Vampires receive a base mp of 35 each season and this number is increased by 10 each level after level 4.
Their food,gold and peasant production is below average.
They recieve a small(50%) undead reinforcements each battle.
They can enter and exit locked cities at will.
They receive a 50% mp discount when traveling by land.
They receive a 5% bonus to espionage and spies.
They receive a disguise each battle.
Each time they attack someone they have a 100% success chance of draining the target(they gain 10% of the target's mp at Max)
They can not be killed by normal means(during battles) and when they lose all of their structures they will either revive as level 3(for the master vampire) or level 1(for minions).
The only way to permenantly kill them is to use the Slay skill and all of the minions should be slated before the master can be killed.

Unlike all other classes this vampires(or anu other classes which have undead troops due to artifact or heroes),don't buy their troops from the shops(except their siege units).Instead they raise them from a section in the barracks that only they have access to,cemetery.Raising troops requires gold based on the amount and unit tier raised,it also requires mp.The mp cost is such that each time you use mp(different for each unit tier)you can raise a maximum number of troops (also different for each unit)and if you want to raise more you have to use mp again.The specifics of mp and gold costs are as follows:
Zombie: Max 2000 each time, 100 gold per unit, 0 mp cost.
Skeleton: Max 1750 each time, 125 gold per unit, 1 mp cost.
Ghoul: Max 1500 each time, 150 gold per unit, 2 mp cost.
Wraith: Max 1250 each time, 175 gold per unit, 3 mp cost.
Nosferatu: Max 500 each time, 250 gold per unit, 6 mp cost.
Lich Drake: Max 250 each time, 275 gold per unit, 7 mp cost.

Improves chances of creating vampire minion.
From level 3 onwards Vampires can inflict Corrupted on others when they attack them.The base chance is 5% at level 3,10% at level 6 and 15% at level 9.This is further affected by Class Bonus and the level difference between the Vampire and the target.
The chance of success is increased to 35% at level 10.
When someone gets corrupted they can't promote/demote and their level will get reduced on all continents by one each season.As soon as their level hits zero on any continent they become a Vampire minion.
Having Vampire and The Holy Grail prevent corruption.

Players lose movement points when attacking you.
It drains 5% of the attacker's mp at level 5,drains 10% at level 7 and drains 15% at level 9.

It is unlocked at level 1.It is always successful and can be used once per season.You can change your true name so you can't be targeted unless your real name is seeked again.
It doesn't cost an attack,requires zero mp.

Clone[]

Create active NPC replica of yourself once per season. Automatically expires.
By using this skill the vampires can create a temporary active vampire for the vampire alliance(if it has free space) that can use all the skills and abilities of themselves except clone.Minions can also create clones.Clones are always targeted by seek(and therefore slay) before real vampires no matter the levels.
At level 3 the clone will expire(die) after 6 hours at level 3.At level 5 they expire after 12 hours.At level 9 they expire after 24 hours.These numbers are true if the clone isnt slayed beforehand ofcourse.
This skill can only be used once per season and it costs 20 mp to use with 100% chance of success.
It can be used while protected and won't use an attack.

Pestilence[]

Destroy medium amount of food.
It destroys between 10-15% of the target's food at level 5 and between 15-20% plus Rot at level 7.The base chance of success is 80% and it is affected by class bonus.
It costs an attack,requires 10 mp.
It can't be used while protected.
It can be used on someone who is protected.
When you reach level 10 this skill also destroys 5% peasants.
Beguile[]

Force another to do your bidding.
It is unlocked at level 7.This skill forces the target to execute one command.Valid command are: attack,buy,destroy(items),disband,dismiss(heroes),drop(artifacts),enlist,escape,travel,sell,sail and move troops.The base chance of success is 60% and it is affected by class bonus and levels.It CAN be used outside of the level range.
It uses an attack,requires 15 mp.
It can't be used while protected.
It can be used on someone protected.
Ritual[]

Curse all players on continent.
It is unlocked at level 9.It can destroy 10-15% pf either food,peasants or troops of all the non-vampire players and NPCs in the continent.Having the Vampire or The Holy Grail prevents this skill from affecting the player.Having excellent honour or higher reduces the amount lost by 5%.The base chance of success is 30% and it can only be used once per season on each continent.
It doesn't cost an attack amd requires 30 mp to use.
It can be used while protected.
At level 10 the chance of success is increased to 60% and the Vampire can choose to destroy food,peasants and troops all at the same time.
